Client Services Representative
The Client Services Team is composed of highly qualified and trained professionals servicing all clients. The Team is dedicated to providing support to clients on all aspects of account administration and client support. The Team’s mission is to provide the highest quality level of service.
- Handle all incoming calls from Clients and business partners pertaining to account administration
- Proactively communicate with Clients or business partners on issues and obtain/present solutions to issues
- Respond to Client e-mails and voicemails same day of receipt
- Prepare all client paperwork for account establishment and maintenance
- Process all account sign-ups received
- Perform all account research as necessary
- Update client information in Gumiyo administration systems
- Prepare all paperwork and reports required for client meetings
- Manage all assigned projects
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience required
- Must have great customer service skills
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills a must

Our marketing team is seeking a well-rounded Junior Mobile Specialist to focus on designing and testing mobile sites.
Responsibilities
- Create mobile sites using our custom user interface.
- Perform user testing to improve the current state of mobile performance.
- Quickly and accurately set up new accounts for billing.

The Design and Media Content Production intern will receive hands-on experience working on the daily production of design and media content for websites and partners that feature Gumiyo products.
